Applied Energy are the only professional practice to have retained their appointment right from the inception of this development in 2014, to its eventual completion in 2021.
Originally conceived as a 25 storey concrete tower, finally ending up as a complex twin adjoining towers development, providing a 124 bed Adagio Aparthotel over 17 storeys complete with basement car park
